During the height of the coronavirus pandemic, Lulabay was founded. Our owner was made redundant and now was figuring out what to do next. With a life long dream of owning their own business, a plucky bit of courage, and some serious dedication, here we are. They took that opportunity and decided to change their life-long dream into something real.
But then what? It took a while for the idea to come and it came after struggling to find the perfect gift for a loved one.
A gift for a new born baby and the family that was of a great quality but also still an affordable rate. That’s how the focus of the company was born. No pun intended.
The owner of Lulabay has been in this industry sector since the age of 17 so the knowledge and experience they’ve gained has only grown and grown. We have two main options for personalising your products. The first is a very typical way of adding names or initials to fabrics: printing.
On the other hand, the second option for a personalised touch is considered more personal. That’s embroidery. Unlike printing, embroidery involves hand stitching or sewing to add the requested name or initials to the product. Because of the nature of embroidery, it’s classed as a much more personal method for adding your specific personalisation.
